UK The British Company were proud to establish the translation and interpretation department in Damascus, end of summer 2005, which was named as: Majed Company where a team of eight interpreters consist of advocate solicitor, engineers and very professional translators, graduated from The United Kingdom, Canada, The Netherlands, and some American Universities, specialised in many fields such as; legal, medical, pharmaceutical, vocational, electrical, mechanical industry and software engineering, some of them currently, work as teachers and tutors at some Syrian Universities Our Centre: Our associated Schools, Colleges and Universities offer great opportunities in a wide range of courses, programmes to appeal to everyone. Learning Support Support Services upMajed Centre offers the following services to students. 1- Learner ServicesWe want to offer you support to ensure you make the most of your learning experiences at the College. We recognise that every student needs individual support, so we have an experienced team of staff who can provide an extensive range of services to ensure that you succeed and enjoy your time at the College. Application Process:- Papers and payments are required to be submitted by the applicants: - Copies of :(Passports, Certificates earned, all other qualifications obtained) - Fill up the Housing, accommodation and the school application forms - payment of the Accommodation and the school admission fees around £ 200 2- AccommodationOur experienced Accommodation agencies can offer you advice and guidance on a range of subjects - accommodation. We keep a register of student accommodation which includes lodgings (£65-95), flats (£190-315), bedsits(£80-100), shared houses(£100-150) and halls of residence(£125-160) - lower living expenses are an advantage to the city’s student population. 3- Travel and TicketsIf you want to save money on airplane tickets and airport pick up service Majed centre is ready to help you with your transport costs, as it is supported by the Canadian STA, the International Student Travel Agency which can reduce your travel costs up to 35% off. National Vocational Qualification (NVQ - Levels 1-4)Work-related qualifications, designed to further your skills in a specific career. NVQs assess your ability to perform a variety of tasks in the workplace. GCSEs upTraditional qualifications often taken at school.
