Majed Centre offers the following services to students.

1- Learner Services

We want to offer you support to ensure you make the most of your learning experiences at the College. We recognise that every student needs individual support, so we have an experienced team of staff who can provide an extensive range of services to ensure that you succeed and enjoy your time at the College.

Application Process:

- Papers and payments are required to be submitted by the applicants:

- Copies of :(Passports, Certificates earned, all other qualifications obtained)

 - Fill up the Housing , accommodation and the school application forms

- payment of the Accommodation and the school admission fees around £ 200

2- Accommodation

Our experienced Accommodation agencies can offer you advice and guidance on a range of subjects -  accommodation. We keep a register of student accommodation which includes lodgings (£60-85), flats (£160-285), bedsits(£70-95), shared houses(£90-150) and halls of residence(£115-160) - lower living expenses are an advantage to the city’s student population.

3- Travel and Tickets

If you want to save money on airplane tickets and airport pick up service Majed centre is ready to help you with your transport costs, as it is supported by the STA the International Student Travel Agency which can reduce your travel costs to 35% off.

Fashion Studies at West London College of Fashion: (Oxford Media & Business School OMBS)

Here's some exciting news about our Fashion department:

 West London College of Fashion - opening Sept.'09

  We are opening a new Fashion school in London next year. It will be called West London College of Fashion and will be situated on the 2nd floor of our existing British Study Centres School of English / West London College building. We have run a high quality programme in Oxford for over 6 years now and by moving this programme to London it will allow us to grow the Fashion School further. We will be offering:

 *        Excellent central London location - just 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street and Baker Street.

 *        Fashion studio and dedicated pattern cutting / project room

 *        Access to: Large canteen with lounge area, library and 25 terminal internet access

 *        Experienced fashion lecturers with industry experience (currently teaching on our Oxford programme).

 The programme offers access to a variety of design and business-related fashion degrees. Courses start September 2009 / January 2010 and cost £5900 for 9 months.

We help students gain entry to University to study Fashion in either a creative field or a business-related field when registering in Oxford Media and Business School in Oxford as the Fashion industry offers many and varied career options to those with the specialist skills to stand out from the crowd. The lecturers are highly experience professionals with expert skills in Pattern Cutting, Branding, Illustration, Photography, Graphic Design and much more

As with all courses offered at OMBS, there is a module in IT skills included

At diploma level this is based on Apple Macs and covers such industry standard packages as QuarkXpress, Photoshop, and CAD design software

In the Advanced Diploma you will also be training in the latest business IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, plus the essentials of Web Design
